Emails being blocked

Hi,

We are currently experiencing issues sending emails from our noreply address to any BT mailboxes with the following domains - @btinternet.com, @talk21, @btopenworld.com.

We are seeing all emails being bounced back starting from 15:10 on 20th March 2024 with the error message:

"Message rejected for policy reasons (2.1.2.3)"

Please can you investigate why this is happening?

What are you sending out, maybe you have something in that email that the recipients server didn't like and see as spam, like links or telephone numbers, either in the email or it's signature.

Have you sent a message to postmaster@btinternet.com?
