Error when sending email to a BTOpenWorld.com account

Some good news I think! I have has some of the missing emails from the last 48 hours (from gmail.com, googlemail.com and others) coming through just now. I also sent myself am email from Google and that arrived immediately.

Sorry, missed that.

Unfortunately, btopenworld addresses were only used for a short period of time in-between periods of btinternet address format. I suspect BT would like to get rid of the btopenworld format completely.

I imagine that the number of people still using the format is very small.

Well, I am very pleased to report that the emails that didn't arrive yesterday from gmail accounts have just now been delivered to me and my wife.
