I received a btinternet.con email from an unknown source to my Hotmail account so I put it in my junk file and deleted it.
Then I noticed that the profile for my hotmail account had been changed to BT, it also changed my profile name, I changed my profile back but now when family send me an email they see my profile as BT not the profile I changed it back to.
How has an email from btinternet changed my profile and why does someone sending me an email on my Hotmail show on their email as a BT profile rather than the profile I have returned my Hotmail account to.
