That's because BT customers are using the BT servers/domain and they do not need to make any changes to anything as it is all correctly set up for them.

Even although you are a BT customer your are using your own domain so it must comply with BT.

is it possible that the bt server range has increased as I just got a spf fail  return because :

    5.7.26 not pass with ip: [213.120.69.111].
