Please help! I am experiencing problems with my bt email desktop and on my phone. I can type in the email address and subject but cannot type anything in the body of the email, the cursor won't move. After trying several things on my Mac, I went to my phone, I could type in the email address but when I tried to write an email, I couldn't access the keyboard at all so couldn't type in that either! Desperately need this fixed! I found someone with a similar problem on the forum but her fix didn't seem to apply here. Help!! I'm falling way behind on my admin!
