I cannot receive emails from eBay looks like the account has been hacked who do I contact

If you can't, please click on the forgot password option on that page and change it.

Hi DanielS I was able to access my email via the link. The only email I don’t receive is from eBay even when I been in the phone with them. It appears my account was hacked eBay suggested I contact my email provider to see if they could check what is happening.

Presumably you have checked that the emails are not in Spam and that you have checked your "blocked" list that the ebay domain (the part after @) is not there.

To check your "Blocked Senders" list, log onto your BTMail account using a browser, not an email client/app, and then click on your username at the right hand side. Select "Settings" then go to the left hand side and select "Mail". Scroll down and click on "Blocked Senders". Scroll down the list until you find the one you want to unblock and select it. Click on "delete".
