I have a Talk21.com email account and recently travelled from Malaysia to Vietnam. After arriving into Vietnam my email account was denying me access. I logged into the BT account which informed me that my account had been suspended due to suspicious activity, but I suspect it's because I'm travelling between different countries. I followed the instructions and changed my password, but I'm still unable to login.
Could this be an issue with the Talk21 account as it's not a yahoo account?
How do I get access back? Do I need to contact Technical Support?

Hi Robbie. My BT Account allows me to login, it tells me that my account is suspended, then takes me through 4 security steps and asks me to change my password. I complete all 4 steps but still doesn't allow me to access my talk21 email via my windows laptop.
It then throws an error when i try and access my BT account afterwards. I have to wait until next morning (in Vietnam) to access. It then tells me again that the account is suspended and I have to go through the same process again. I've done this 3 times.
It's happened to me once before 4/5 years ago and it could only be sorted via technical support at that time. I don't want to be phoning the support line from here as I think the cost would be really high.
Interestingly after I change the password on my BT Account. If I delete my mailbox from Yahoo mobile app. I then add a new mailbox (using option Other). Use my email address and new password for setup. I'm able to temporarily access...for around 1 day. It then denies me access again.
It's my main account and as I'm in Vietnam it's pretty important I get it resolved.
