LOST E MAIL FOLDERS HEEELLPPP!

Hi

Just transferred a load of extremely important emails into folder and now the folder has completely disappeared. 

Looked everywhere.

CAN YOU HELP ME PLEASE!!

Log onto your email account using a web browser and check the trash folder. To the left of the folder there may be a small arrow . Click on that and with any luck your folder will be there. If it is just drag and drop it back to where it should be.

Just done that and it only has 2 empty folders in there I created today - the bigger one with all the info nowhere to be seen!

When you say "2  empty folders in there". Is that in the Trash folder when you click on the arrow or are they in the My Folders section?

Just spoken to BT support guy and he said 'sorry, they're gone 😞

How can they just disappear??!!1

What do you use to check your emails? Which client?
