I have been with BT for phone, broadband and email since 2006. At my renewal of contract I was switched to EE and assured that I could keep my BT mail. I had a new account number for email only in MyBT.
This morning I have been unable to access BT Mail. I have had two different login screen neither working.
I get messages of Too many requests and username/password invalid.
Is there a problem with BT Mail or has my email been cancelled?

Hi having the same problem have tried on 3 separate PC's and 2 different email address and I'm still with BT but works ok on my android using the gmail app

I have the same problem, have tried calling BT but as you would expect they don't answer. Obviously, they have a problem with BT mail but you would think they could put a notice on the home page. Or is that too simple?
I don't know anything about Windows Mail, Microsoft Outlook or Mozilla Thunderbird

Same here: "too many requests" is all I get.
WHY does BT screw up every time they change something to do with email. Never had any issues when it was BTYahoo.
