A friend of mine was on the BT website last week and about to log on to webmail, when she received a message saying.
"There is a new way to log on to the BT webmail" She followed the instructions and now cannot use BT webmail at all.
Anyone an idea as to what's happened?
Ask her to try logging on using the following link.
If that doesn't work get her to clear the history and cookies from her web browser and try again.

I think it's her pc, it's running windows7.
I have just tried her login on my Win10 pc and it logs in ok.

Clearing the cookies and cache made on difference.
What web browser is she using?
It may be that the browser that she is using is no longer supported.
