When you go to https://www.bt.com/mail and attempt to log in, what message comes up for you?
Does it let you past the log in stage or does it not let you get that far?

Can you try and clear your cookies and cache on your browser and try to log in again? If that still doesn't help, try either InPrivate browsing or Incognito mode depending on the browser that you're using. If neither of those work for you, please try and reset the password as there could be a different issue for you here.
