Exactly the same problem with mine. Both me and my wife unable to access email on our iPhones. Something has changed with the account. So much for being a seamless transition to EE. Nothing but issues so far. 

That is because they knock you down to basic access only via the web. Something else that isn’t shouted about when they are persuading you to move to EE.

I have seen absolutely no reason to move voluntarily to EE. It just seems to cause problems, and cost more for facilities I don’t need.

You are NOT moved to BTMail Basic when you move to EE. If that does happen it means there has been a problem during the migration and it will be resolved if you contact BT.
