I'm getting flooded with emails (multiple addresses) from someone purporting to be from Mcaffee.

I never open them and just block them....but each day another arrives from a different mail address. No use reporting it as spam, as they are changing addresses each time!

What can BT do to stop them?

By virtue of the fact that the email address is being changed with every one sent BT spam filters need to learn that the email is spam. To do this you should mark them as spam.

As you have found out, it is pointless blocking the email address.

What you should try is setting up an email rule which sends a key word such as McAfee to your spam folder. This should stop the email reaching your inbox and notify the spam filters that the item is spam.
