New Bt E-mail

My new bt e-mail is basicallu unuseable - it keep hanging, I can't always open sent e-mails, the address book doesn't always work, font size chnages mid e-mail,  I have had long delays between e-mails being sent and being received, some e-mails that people have sent me have been lost.  I linked my account to out look and that seems to work OK but I have an example of an e-mail coming in to me Outlook in box but not my BT in box.  Basically BT have broken my e-mail and I am told I am in a queues for 2nd response to call me (when it suits them) sometime in the next 5 days !!.  The product in its' current state is unacceptable, it has clearly not been tested and BT support is not delivering the 'excellent' customer service they advertise - very poor.  Anybody got any ideas ?

I suspect you configured Outlook as POP3 rather than IMAP. Delete the account and set it up again as IMAP, it will then sync with webmail.
