Sorry you're also having problems. Can you give more detail on what you've tried to resolve it? Is it intermittent? have you tried clearing cookis etc?

I have the exact same problem. Was wondering if it was because I login both on a desktop and mobile browser.

Hi, I have now emptied cache and cookies again and restarted a couple of times and appears to be working. will monitor and come back for help if needed, thank you

Another Moderator, DanielS, contacted me, DavidM, via private message, I supplied him with all the information required and he is going to, or has passed everything to the Email department, who will either fix it, or tell me how to do so, I will be contacted within 48 hours.

Just to let everyone know this is also happening for me. I set the images to all but spam, save it and it works fine for a while (a day or two I think since I last set it) and then it starts blocking again.

Images blocked but I changed the image settings and it was fine for a week or so. Couple of days ago images blocked, changed the setting and saved it but they revert to being blocked.  Have reset them and saved them a few times but no luck.

Can the setting change be retained please?

Update,

If you change the settings and it lasts for 2 day, then that is different
from the problems that I am getting, I changed the settings this AM
and just a few minutes ago, they were back to blocked!

Anyway, since I raised this problem and the Mods got involved, I have
received an order number for the complaint, so somebody will have a
job number for it by now, I hope.

Could you post the fix to this problem. I'm getting exactly the same problem. I don't know how many times the settings have changed from "Allow all images" to "Block all images" with the new user interface.
