My outlook email address was recently hacked and used to send out many spam emails.  I have since changed my password and Microsoft have confirmed that my email address is no longer a security risk.  Since this all happened though any email I send to a BT address is returned with the 554 Message code.  I am sure my email is now blacklisted with BT and I don't know how to go about taking my email off the blacklist.  Can you advise.

You would need to contact the BT postmaster.
