As you are now an EE customer, you need to post on the EE forum https://community.ee.co.uk/
EE are a separate company within the BT Group.
It is the BT element that i still have that isnt working though. I can see my broadband and everything has move if i login with my BT id, if i select the EE account in my bt it says manage email but then says i am not the account holder.

My problem was fixed by BT support team. They moved the email product back to my original BT account. As far as I understand the situation New EE does not offer an email account.
