I am having exactly the same issue. Transferred to BT Premium email about 2 years ago. After being direct debited for £7.50 each month, I cannot see this on my account page ANYWHERE when I log into my MYBT. I have the master account and set up 3 addressed well before I left BT and was able to manage these previously. Where has my management page gone? Please, could some one resolve this for me ASAP.

Don`t think so. I have Two accounts when I log into BT web page in the drop down box on the top right: "GB09xxxxxxx" and "Account1". Account1 has only email as my products. GB09xxxxx does not have email but only Broadband, Landline, TV, TNT Sports and Mobile. In Account one, if I mange the emaul, I see my address but none of the other 3 I set up. Bit confused. What do I do now?

@booveedoo If you know your the account number for your premium mail service you can add yourself. Login to MyBT using a web browser, click 'Your details' select 'Account' scroll down then Add an account.
