BT keeps locking my account for the usual Suspicious Activity reason.
Keep resetting the password, now gotten to the stage it is utterly hacking me off.
Works for a short period (as short as 10 minutes) and then, what do you know, it locks again. Tell me what the heck are you up to.
So, BT, give me a clue, how do I stop YOU continually blocking MY account, change to another provider for all my broadband and telephone requirements, wasted too much time on this.
I have the same problem. Was on holiday and had to reset about 20 times! Crazy.
