Spam folder not updating

Hi everyone,

 

My bt mail Spam folder is acting really strange recently. So some days I'll have 20 spam emails showing, and other days there's nothing. I wouldn't usually care but I'm awaiting an important email that has previously gone through to "spam".

Also, when it finally refreshes, it does not show the missing spam emails.

I use the BT mail app and the same issue is happening when I use the website too. 

 

Any help would be grateful appreciated

Do you know if the email that you are waiting for has actually been sent?

If you know the email address that the email is coming from you should add the email address into your "Safe Senders" list. Log onto your BTMail account using a browser, not an email client/app, and then click on your username at the right hand side. Select "Settings" then go to the left hand side and select "Mail". Scroll down and click on "Safe Senders".  Add the email address and click "Save".
