TALK21 Email

I've had a TALK21 email account for many years but as I'm now in Canada for some time I purchased a Sim Card from a Canadian service provider.

All works fine except my Talk21 email. When I refresh the Inbox whilst on 4G it comes up with "Error - The Mail server (mail.btinternet.com) is not responding. Verify that you have entered the correct account info in Mail settings"

I have not touched the settings and wondered if there is something specific that needs to be changed in the settings because I am using a SIM Card from a Canadian service provider.

The Inbox refresh works ok when I am on wi-fi so it seems to be when I am just on 4G and therefore maybe not a settings issue - Could the Talk21 Email service be blocking me because it detects I am using a Sim Card from a foreign country.

Emails being sent when on 4G seem to reach their destination ok although they do not show up in my "Sent Box"
