So every time I try to login to my email I get this message:
Before you can access your email service you’ll need to login with your BTID to enhance your account security with two-step authentication.
Two-step authentication adds an additional layer of protection when you access your account. It’s quick and easy to set-up.
I have enabled two step verification but still get the same message. I contacted BT and was told Team 2 would get in touch with me to resolve this as it seemed I was stuck in a verification loop but have heard nothing since. Any advice would be massively appreciated. Thanks in adavance
