Unread emails

Go to solution

I have 1562 unread emails in my Inbox. Years ago, I seem to remember the unread emails being separated from the read emails, but now they are not. I am sure that 99% of the unread emails are old advertisements, but there could be an important one or two among them. How can I get all my unread emails on the screen at once, so that I can delete most of them, and open the couple that might be important? Thanks.

Log on to your email account and you can sort them into read and unread by clicking on the three bar upside down triangle icon at the right hand side of the email list.

So do I and it is there in the menu bar just above the list of emails.

What browser are you using?

If you are using a preview pane try sellecting no preview in the View button on the right hand side.

OK - we're getting somewhere - I don't have that white bar between the two grey ones. Trying to find if I've hidden it

There is no setting that you can change to alter the menu bars.

Have you tried a different browser to see if it is a browser problem?
