Verification Email Not Delivered - Can't Sign in

Hello,

I have a btinternet email account. I have it logged in on my mobile app and it allows me to sign in there. However when I try to sign in on another device (ie my laptop), it says it requires a verification code which it says will be emailed to my address. However I never receive a code (I have tried many times and it never works). There is an option which says 'try signing in a different way', however it then says 'too many attempts. The verification code was entered incorrectly too many times. Please try again tomorrow.' 

How can I sign into my account?
