We’ve been moving our Email customers over to a new version of webmail. It was important we completed the move to keep our email platform secure and up to date, so it can support the latest software, while also fixing some known issues.
We’re sorry if you’ve experienced issues with the new version. We appreciate and have been listening to your feedback. We're working on fixes and improvements, and we’ll update you when they’re ready to roll out.

Hi guys - please see the latest update on the upcoming release.
The next phase of changes is due to be deployed into the testing environment today and our test team will be running test scenarios over the next few days.
We'll provide an update when this ready to be pushed to our live environment, which will be subject to successful testing and no issues being found.
The Email team have confirmed the latest release will go live tonight at around 10pm.
This will include the list of changes published in this thread.
Following the successful release last night, here's a view of fixes and known issues still being worked through.
