Anyone got problems with connection and password prompts for outlook & imap?   webmail working

Are you a BT Broadband customer or paying for your email through a BT Premium email account?

My Dads account, pretty sure he's paying the for the premium.  Whats the best way to check?

Check on his MyBT. He should be paying £7.50 per month if he has BTMail Premium and if you go to his My Products in MyBT then the Mail section it will show which service he has.

Turned out there is some kind of problems when you change your password.  Outgoing mail server took 24 hours or so to acknowledge the new password
