I have a problem with a potentially scam email, apparently from BT. I contacted BT by phone, and they took a note of it. Nothing has happened – no follow-up.
You can’t even report a scam email to BT through their website.
This is what happens.

“Report a scam email.”
If you click on this link you get:
“This site can’t be reached. Check if there is a typo in bt.custhelp.com.”
I then tried to make a complaint about it.
All if get is:
“Broadband faults. Landline faults. Billing. TNT sports.”
I tried to put this complaint on BT Community. It asks for a Username. I don’t know what my user name is so I clicked on “retrieve user name or password”. It said an email had been sent. It hasn’t.
So, I have now registered again.
