Hi, I'm thinking of changing to another ISP, how do I copy the folders in my email Acc' to a memory stick?
Many thanks

See similar thread.
You can also export emails from Thunderbird if you wish, once all folder and emails have been synchronised.
You can't directly.
Simplest thing to do is download Thunderbird and configure your account as IMAP, that will download a copy of all your mail and folders to your PC. Move the folders within Thunderbird to Local Folders to prevent them being deleted. Create the new email address in Thunderbird and transfer the folders to the new account.
Doesn't have to be Thunderbird, any mail client will do.
According to https://helpdeskgeek.com/reviews/7-best-email-clients-for-chromebook/ Thunderbird is supported.
It really isn't, it's all very straightforward.
Thanks
