copying email folders to a memory stick

Hi, I'm thinking of changing to another ISP, how do I copy the folders in my email Acc' to a memory stick?

You can also export emails from Thunderbird if you wish, once all folder and emails have been synchronised.

You can't directly.

Simplest thing to do is download Thunderbird and configure your account as IMAP, that will download a copy of all your mail  and folders to your PC. Move the folders within Thunderbird to Local Folders to prevent them being deleted. Create the new email address in Thunderbird and transfer the folders to the new account.

I'm using a chromebook. I just clicked on thunderbird, but it says it is not supported

Doesn't have to be Thunderbird, any mail client will do.
