yes, I'm in Carlisle and when I try to log in on my laptop 'the service is unavailable'  but is ok on my mobile phone.

No access to BT e-mail yesterday afternoon and evening. Why no announcement by BT? 'Down' checker revealed many others in same position! No explanation today either!
