Hi,
my btinternet.com email will not work on my Mac with Outlook or Apples own mail, I contacted bt about this and they said I need to make my email address a premium one which I have done which now cost me 7 pounds per month but still will not work and have to log on to bt.com web each time which is a pain! It works fine on my iPhone and Mac book but not my Mac, any suggestions ?
