click on first to read and get info from the second
the system has jumped to the next email and now it looks like both have been opened and I haven't read any yet

That does sound odd, could I just double check, is it your BT mail inbox where you're experiencing this issue?

it has took me this long to answer because the system wouldnt let me in wouldnt accept my username tried sending for new password twice still wouldnt accept it even though username is on the email request
anyway didnt know could talk about other emails on here but yes definately bt email

Have you tried logging out of the email account and back in?
Are you logging into the BT email via a web browser or the app?

that beings up another point
every now and then system says we have had enough of you now We've logged you out
so yes every now and again have to log back in
other question is log in with phone app
