When forwarding emails all the original formatting and pictures disappear, usually rendering message illegible - Why? What to do to fix it?

Stop using webmail and use a mail client (app) instead. Mozilla Thunderbird is free and highly regarded.

Thanks.
Except I don't like Mozilla, BT mail used to work fine with webmail and I use webmail without issues with all my other email addresses, So why has BT messed this up? Isn't there a fix for webmail?
