i have to log into my BT email everytime i access my webmail via the app. this has only happened these last few days. any ideas?

Are you using a web browser or an email app such as the BTMail app or the email app on the phone that is supplied by Apple?

its BT webmail i am accessing. if i try the BT App it just says "sorry you are on the basic email"

Are you sure it is the BTMail app and not a web browser. Did you download it from the Apple store?

Hi, its google browser into BT website onto webmail log in. .................which is laborious and clunky. up until last week, i got access 9/10 times straight in , now i have to log in with my credentials every time? any ideas?

It would appear you are using a browser not an email app.

The "stay logged on" check box has been removed from the log on page by BT hence the reason you need to log on every time.

You could download and install an email app which you would then use to access your email without the need for you to log on each time.

Your phone will have an email app that you could set up and use.
