Hi All. I have inadvertently deleted my Email. Is there anyway of retrieving it?

Can you be more specific.
Is it an actual email that you have deleted or is it your email account?
If it is your email account how did you normally access the email account was it with a web browser or were you using an email client or app?

Do you mean you have deleted an email or your email address.
If the former, it will be in the trash folder. If the latter, go to MyBT > my products > email and cancel the deletion

i deleted the account rather than a specific email from the BT web site.

It is where you deleted it and where you can restore it by selecting 'Deleted email addresses'
