Chrome browser - stops being logged in and does not reload

Hi

Intermittently over the last 10 days, my BT email on a Chrome Browser suddenly stops working - the pages jump from the BT logo to a box with username and password above login and then jumps back to the BT logo. The tab shows a circle around the BT logo. Been doing it for 10 mins this time. Can access the main BT site using Chrome and can access email on my iphone and ipad but want to use my desk top as it has the adaptations that I need.

Any suggestions to fix the issue would be very helpful. Thanks

Try clearing the history and cookies from your browser or try another browser to see if the problem is still there.

Many thanks. I logged and and restarted my PC which seems to have worked for now!
