I have created a contact list but email "to" does not pick it up. Any tips please?
Solved! Go to Solution.
Go in to the settings by clicking on your username at the right hand side and once there scroll down the list on the left hand side and select "Contacts".
Check that the relevant boxes are all ticked and if not, tick them and click on "Save".
Thanks for the advice, I didn't know of that list. Unfortunately it didn't work. All boxes in the settings were already ticked, I unticked the relevant one, re ticked but sending mail still does not pick up and display the option of the required contact list. I can get it by selecting all names in the contact list then clicking "send mail", so I guess the list is formatted properly but won't pick up from the mail page???
Try sending an email to your self with you entering your email address and then try sending another email so see if it populates the To box automatically after that.

I tried typing and sending to the email address I was sending from and to another account, both messages went through OK but those addresses were already populated in the "to" box that appeared. It picks up some old addresses but not new lists. I can open the list in "contacts" , check each name, click "send message" and it will open a mail page with all those addresses in the "to", but still won't display from the "to" line.

If you are, as far as I am aware you need to make a "Contact Group" list as it will not carry over all the email addresses in a "Group" email that you received to automatically make a new Contact Group list for you.
