Why do I get a different login page on my Android phone to the one I get on my PC or tablet. I use exactly the same procedure on each but the page on my phone tells me my user name or password is incorrect and I can't sign in

As you have not said how you are trying to log on to your BTMail on each device, for instance are you using a web browser and if so which one on each device or are you using an email app or email client on your devices and again if so which one on each device, it is not possible to answer you question with any degree of certainty.
If you can give more information you may be able to get some assistance that will answer your question.
I use a google search for BTemail then a BT group page comes up with BTmail underneath highlighted in mauve. I click on that and get a BT page asking for Username and Password. On the PC and tablet its the same and works fine but on the android phone its a different layout and when filled in says the information is incorrect. This change happened last Thursday /Friday and before that it worked fine.
Is it the same web browser that you are using on each device for example is it Chrome or Microsoft Edge or some other browser.
The reason that it may look different on your Android may be because you are using a different web browser on that device or that the web browser installed an update.
It may help if you delete the history and cookies in the web browser that you are using on your Android phone.

There. Is a chrome icon on my phone when I first open it and using that to search gives me the wrong login page. However, if I scroll up to my main area and select an identical chrome search them that gives me the correct login page that works ok.
