I have an email I can't get rid of despite constantly deleting it, on PC, Ipad and Android phone.
It is from EBay/Parcelforce and dosent seem to be Spam
Is the email personally addressed to you? Or is it randomly addressed as “Dear customer”
Have you clicked on any links contained within or any previously received similar email?
Have you run any malware/spyware programs to ensure your devices aren’t infected?
Hello K,
I have E Set and run that, it is to me personally and it looks OK
I have clicked on some links, it is to notify a delivery to me which has arrived.
When I try to move it to Spam or any other folder on my PC I get a message
"We are experiencing issues with the service, please try again later."
and something says it hasn't fully loaded
All other emails are fine.
I forwarded it to a Gmail account and could delete it in there
Is your PC Windows based? If so, might be worth just running a full Windows Defender scan on the whole PC. That might take hours to complete if it hasn’t been done before.
What email client are you using?
Just throwing this in there as well, never be tempted to click on unsubscribe email links contained within emails because that just alerts spammers/bots that the email is live monitored. Obviously if the link is contained within an email from a known and verified sender, then that would probably be perfectly ok.
Yes, it’s a windows PC
I have zero experience of BT mail. Hopefully someone who uses it can assist.
Thanks for your help
