If you go to mail.bt.com and log in on webmail can you see them there? Previous to this when was the last time you were able to check the emails?

Was just a few days ago, tried logging into  mail.bt.com but wouldn’t open

I'm having the same problem. Last saw emails on Saturday evening. Can view spam folder but not inbox.
