Email Problem

Hiya

Hoping someone will be able to help me

When i send an email to an individual everything is fine  but when i send it to a group of 6 friends it comes out as gobbility **bleep** for them so unreadable.

We have had our group email for over 5 years , same people, same emails, this only started 3 weeks ago, so i can only send emails to individuals now

This is on my lap top on bt web mail and on my phone using samsung email app

Are you adding the recipients email address one at a time to the email or have you set up a "Group" with their email addresses and are adding them as a Group?

As a test, if adding as a Group can you try adding them one at a time to the email.

I add them as a group that i have had saved for years, so will try your suggestion of adding them  individually & see if that solves the situation

So I added them all individually and they received the email ok in a readable format.

Does that mean i need to delete the group  & make another one up or just stick to adding them all individually  every time? 

Odd as ive been adding them as a group for the last 5 years with no problems until recently
