Email Question

I have two BT accounts for two properties.

I am likely to move one address and BT is not an option.

I want to keep my BT email addresses, but if I cancel would I lose my BT email accounts. How do I ensure I keep full functionality for my email accounts. I suppose I need to ensure that the emails are associated to the account I am keeping. Is there a way of doing this. 

Probably, a simple answer.

If you are no longer a BT broadband account holder that the BT email accounts were set up on you would still keep the email accounts. They would be downgraded to a free BTMail Basic account which can only be used on a web browser (webmail) or you could pay for a BT Premium email account.

A better option would be for you to associate your BT email accounts from the BT broadband account you are ceasing to the BT broadband account that you are keeping.
