Hi,

 

This has just started to happen to me, even trying to reply to a single email with minimum text apart from business images from the sender on foot of email.

Also I can't seem to delete the business images/logo from someone else's email, when trying to reply?

Thanks for trying the steps @Michael_D suggested. Is this happening on every email you try and send or intermittent?

Hi Lesley,

 

It has started to do it every time I try to reply, even if it is a small thread, resulting in having to start a new email to be able to reply, which is really frustrating.

Hi @mark_n1 ,

Thanks for coming back to us to confirm those details. Can I just double check how it is you are accessing and sending your emails? Is it via the BT Mail app, the BT Website or an email client? 

If for example you use the app, does trying a reply on the website have the same issue?

Hi Alex,

 

Apologies for the delay in replying.

 

I normally access my email via my pc and email/bt.com and I have just tried replying to an email with my mobile and  bt mail app and the reply is sitting in the Outbox with Red triangle and not sending.

 

It did seem to be able to reply this week to some emails on my pc, but now getting this error message

"We are experiencing issues with the service, please try again later."

 

Very frustrating if I'm honest.
