A moderator sent me a pm asking for more details so email team can look into it. have since change to free version of a program OE Classic 5.1 this works fine for me and has exactly the same layout as windows mail which i was using. will keep checking with winmail see if the fix it.
I am in the same situation, using POP3 method to download emails from btinternet.com into MS Outlook 2003. Working great until today, suddenly blank everywhere but this gobbledy-**bleep** message from X-RazorGate-Vade . Where is this sitting? In BT as it sends message OR in my Windows 11 laptop?
Messages all lost from btinternet.com because of POP3 but I can tell that all these blank messages are important and from valid senders. I even sent one from another email address I have and it trashed it too.
I hate to be one that say "Me too" but unfortunately so far I have "invested" in a pst editor (which didn't solve it of course and updated my office suite from 2010 to 2021 in an endeavour to sole the issue. I have been on line to th enginner and get the same as others have had .
"I am extremely sorry about the issue you are facing, I will be honest with you, there is no issue with the email address, we have seen our customers who are using Outlook are facing this issue. If they are using the link given below they are not facing the issue. (link to webmail). As Outlook is a third party app designed and managed by Microsoft hence once they contact Outlook support and the Outlook department provides them with the correct setting and the issue with Outlook is getting resolved. Does that answer your question?"
Yes I did last night for nearly 2 hrs and they could not find any issues - on line chat and remote access given to MS Office "expert"
I also updated my Office software and all the time I have been able to send emails, but those I receive have no Sender or Subject and the message is full of code. Also cannot receive attachments (eg an invoice). Personally I am sure it is BT that is the cause.

If you read the thread, even just from the 12th Aug you will see that it is a BT issue although not a widespread issue as there are forum member myself included who are not affected by it.
The forum moderators have responded per message 87 and they will update this thread as and when they have any relevant information.
Thank you distinguished sage! I wrote that as it appeared some people in the Community were considering it could be a problem with Outlook
