Receiving Emails

I receive a lot of emails in my BT mail box, mainly junk, every day, most of them are deleted, yet emails from my friends including my wife are not coming through.

I check my Spam folder just in case they have landed there but nothing.  So why am I receving mainly junk mail without any limit, (When I have been away or not checked my email, I have had over 150 emails in my inbox) but emails I have been waiting for ie. family and friends have not come through.

I would appreciate some help in this as it is causing me a lot of problems

Make sure you have not blocked your wifes email address or the email domain,the part after @ of the emails that are not getting through.

To do that log onto your BTMail account using a browser, not an email client/app, and then click on your username at the right hand side.

Select "Settings" then go to the left hand side and select "Mail". Scroll down and click on "Blocked Senders". Scroll down the list until you find the one you want to unblock and select it.

Click on the small "Trash" symbol at the right hand side. It will only delete the email address from the blocked senders list not your contacts list
