Why isn't the link 'Manage Email Addresses' working? It was OK a couple of weeks ago.

As you have pointed out, the link is not working however you can log onto your MyBT and go to "Your Products" then "Mail, Manage" and you can manage your email accounts from there.

I also cannot access " manage Emails" , ven by that route. Keep getting a message across the screen " This page isn't working at the moment "

If you haven't already, can you please try logging in from a different device / browser and see if this gives the same error?
It's also worth giving it a go in a private browsing window so we can be sure this isn't linked with any of your current browser settings, too.

Have just tried on a different browser and incognito, same problem. I can get into My BT ok but it wont open Manage Emails. I did have the same sort of problem a few years ago and they found it was expired email sub accounts causing it. So I have been careful since then to delete sub accounts and also not to show them again.
Stuart was involved in the sorting out.
Could this still be a problem?
