Me too.
Unable to access emails at all. I have diligently followed all the instructions only to be told "Unable to access this page". What is going on BT? I urgently need to access my inbox.

As you are posting on an eight month old thread I suspect that your problem has nothing to do with the issue reported on this thread.

No, it's not just you:  this error messsage has been appearing with gradually increasing frequency over the past year.

It is at the point now where there is a 50% likelihood that I will not be able to complete composing a long email before getting it.  Fortunately the 'autosave' has often captured most of the work, but this is small crumbs of comfort that we as customers should NOT be content with.

Bizarrely, the error message is often not even true:  I have several times managed to successfully send a webmail message immediately after receiving this error message.

It feels to me as though this must be a capacity limits problem - we users are bumping up against something that is throttling throughput - however else can some messages be let through and others not?

But it is surely time that the moderators extract from the system managers and give to us an authoritative explanation of this problem and a timeline for fixing it.

Hear, hear - it has got to the stage that I type my messages into a text file now, and then when I have finished, copy that over into the BT message that I want to ( hopefully ) send.
