email login

Hi, unable to log in to email on my PC. Fine on Laptop. Logo appears and the goes the username/password  boxes appear then gone. I did see another message saying someone was having same problem and an answer was to click on email logo at top of page rather than a shortcut but this did not work either.

any suggestions please?

Just to check, have you tried accessing this from a different browser at all?

It's also worth clearing your cookies and cache to see if this helps.
