Hi ! It's a long time since I was able to send emails ... they never arrive. Suggestions would be appreciated. I can receive emails - no problem.

Are you presently a BT Broadband customer or are you paying for your email through a BT Premium email account or did you migrate to EE Broadband?
If none of the above your email account may have been downgraded to a BTMail Basic account which can not be used with an email client or email apps.

Just to be sure with this, is it the dedicated BT Webmail portal that you're experiencing these issues in?
It's worth giving this a try in a different browser if that is the case.
Also you mentioned this seems to occur when sending to multiple addresses - does the same happen if you only select one recipient?
