email not sending

Hi !  It's a long time since I was able to send emails ... they never arrive. Suggestions would be appreciated. I can receive emails - no problem.

If you are a BT Broadband customer has the BT Mail email account been used in the past 150 days?

Why has my email address been suspended or deleted? | Email | BT Help

or

Are you presently a BT Broadband customer or are you paying for your email through a BT Premium email account or did you migrate to EE Broadband?

If none of the above your email account may have been downgraded to a BTMail Basic account which can not be used with an email client or email apps.

Thanks but I've never had a BT Broadband Account. I've had the email account since before BT offered broadband. I receive emails without problem but if I try to send a message to multiple destinations the only one that arrives is that addressed to myself on a different webmail account.

How do you have a BT email account if you have never had a BT Broadband account. What is your email domain?

When were you last able to send emails?

Welcome to the Community, @stevereeve

Just to be sure with this, is it the dedicated BT Webmail portal that you're experiencing these issues in? 

It's worth giving this a try in a different browser if that is the case. 

Also you mentioned this seems to occur when sending to multiple addresses - does the same happen if you only select one recipient?
